I couldn't find an exact match on Thingiverse, which is why I've uploaded this design for you to consider. Make sure you inspect your ESR board and confirm it resembles the one depicted here. As a novice designer, I'm aware that this case has room for improvement. If your printer is properly calibrated, the posts should fit snugly into the holes on the board. Given the opportunity to revise this design, I would address the following issues: The latch holding the top and bottom of the case together is weak and needs reinforcement. Additional clearance, approximately 1mm, would improve the fit around the board. The latch should be redesigned to avoid obstructing the board's locator pins.
