The Finnish M32 Handgrenade, a relic of World War 2, boasted an intriguing mechanism that set it apart from its contemporaries. To activate the device, one would first remove the pin, then strike the bottom fuse against a hard surface to arm it, before finally hurling it towards their target. This clever design was born out of necessity, and its effectiveness on the battlefield was undeniable. As developers continue to push the boundaries of gaming realism with their upcoming ARMA III modification, they're drawing inspiration from some of history's most pivotal conflicts - including Finland's bitter struggles during the Winter War, Continuation War, and Lapland War.
