This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2670386 I'm using this cap to shut off the valve on my heating system without relying on a thermostat. To get it working, I fixed the open mesh and added a 2mm socket inside - the original just wasn't able to close my heating valve effectively. You can also use the original design and simply insert a coin to shut off the valve.
