To secure an M3 machine screw, print multiple thumbscrews measuring 10mm in diameter and 5mm high. Place a flat edge onto the screw heads using a screwdriver. A wooden block with a hole can assist in this process. Thumbscrews designed for nylon M3 screws are available; however, metal screw heads may also be modified with a grinder to fit these thumbscrews.
