M3 Stickends/ Radiomaster Zorro
thingiverse
This is a remix of the "slim jim" stick end by ChemicalWaffle. All I did was adjust the height based on the radio master zorro and add a top to it. I made these sticks because I think the sidewalls and tops of the stock sticks were too sharp for me. This stick is gentler, while still being grippy enough that I never lose them. There are 2 versions, one of which is the length of the whole threaded part of the zorro gimbals and the other which only replaces the top part of the stock sticks. Supports are not needed for either model. Print with a brim and whatever infill you like. I printed at 50% infill and they are quite firm but compress when gripped firmly. Lower infills should theoretically be even softer, but I have not tested this. After printing, you just stick one or two m3 nuts (I use the same nylon ones as I do for my stack screws) into the bottom and thread it on. Glue is optional to keep the nuts in place. I haven't had any trouble without superglue-ing the nuts in place, but that may change if the sticks wear down over time. Remixed in Tinkercad :)
