For those in metric systems, this plastic adapter replaces #6 square nuts with M3 nuts. Print one to test at low speeds, then adjust parameters for batch printing. Check Slic3r instructions. Initially printed using a 0.3mm nozzle but a 0.4mm may work; adjust extrusion width accordingly. Instructions generated by Slic3r 0.9.10b on 2013-10-07 at 07:33:25 with settings including layer height of 0.2, perimeters (3), top and bottom solid layers (3), fill density (1), perimeter speed (10), infill speed (20), travel speed (150), nozzle diameter (0.3mm), filament diameter (2.65mm), extrusion multiplier (1.04). Perimeters, infill, and solid infill extrusion width is 0.3mm, while top infill extrusion width is the same as perimeter width.
