M3 Nut bed leveling thumb wheel

This package is tailored specifically for the leveling screws found on the Wanhao i3 bed. A popular modification involves adding M3 nuts to enhance stability on the bed surface. I included extra nylock nuts in my shipment, which I used to replace the wing nuts with nylock M3's and these thumb screws, resulting in a substantial improvement during the leveling process. The number of teeth has been doubled and the overall model has been cleaned up for better performance. To address concerns raised by commenters, I reduced the diameter of nut 1mm.
