A simple M3 flat washer design. The outer diameter is a precise 4mm, while the height comes in at a modest 2mm. For those interested in tweaking the design to suit their needs, I've included the FreeCAD source file for your reference. To resize the washer, simply adjust the constraints within the sketch. Print Settings: Printer: TEVO Tarantula prusa i3 Rafts: No rafts will be used. Supports: Supports are not required. Resolution: Printing will occur at a nozzle diameter of 0.4mm and layer height of 0.2mm. Infill: The infill density is set to 100% for maximum strength.
