This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/8ARwWegdRcw While putting together a Voron Mobius 4 extruder, I found I needed a filament tensioner knob. I have ordered knobs from China, but I thought while I'm waiting I could probably make my own. I found a set of knobs designed by Kickflip1991 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5165121) so I selected his M3 knob and imported it into Tinkercad. I closed up the holes, and made new holes, one on the top for an M3 socket head, and one on the bottom for an M3 heat-set insert. I also madea a through hole to accommodate the M3 bolt shaft To assemble, I installed the heat-set insert. I took a 30mm M3 socket head screw and drove it in from the top, stopping when about 10mm of thread still showed. I put threadlocker on that thread, then drove the screw until just the head was showing. I put CVA on the outside of the head then drove it home. The head of the knob is 10mm, so I was left with 200mm of thread, to take a tensioning spring and screw to go into the extruder "guidler"
