M3 Drop-in locknut thumbwheel 6.6mm thick with .05mm markers

I'm frustrated that this design isn't working out as planned. The locknuts are consistently failing, delaminating on almost every single part. I've decided to rethink the entire design, splitting it into two separate components - one dedicated to withstanding torque and another designed specifically to handle the back-and-forth forces that lead to delamination. I'm having issues with leveling thumbscrews due to M3 locknuts coming loose from vibration. It's annoying that I have to re-level after every print test, which shouldn't be necessary in the first place!
