m3 allen key holder for ratchetching screw drivers
thingiverse
print on it's flat back. no supports, the barrel is chamfered to accommodate this. prints in ~30 minutes at .2 layer and 100% infill 40mm/s. can be used as hand tool (sort of like the tire nut wrenches) since the front head comes out enough to grab an m3. otherwise fits into two ratchetting screwdrivers i have and provides a bit of flexibility to make the length easier to navigate. it is not hard to keep the key locked to the screw despite that flexibility. prevents over torqueing/stripping for me (ymmv). my printer tolerances are sort of built into the design so you may have to mess with it a little. i print at 85% flow all layers but my extruder bucks if i go higher and my estep measurements all come out nearly identical so who knows. more details: https://old.reddit.com/r/functionalprint/comments/mny0bh/trust_the_process/
