M28 Panel Mount Powerpole

M28 Panel Mount Powerpole

This mount is designed specifically to secure an Anderson Powerpole 15-45amp plug into a 28mm-30mm panel hole. Typically used by amateur radio enthusiasts for powering their devices on 12V systems. To keep the pin securely in place, I've experimented with various methods, including paperclips, cotter pins, and wire. Most recently, I've created a new 3D printable pin that has only been tested for fit. A washer is also included to prevent the assembly from rotating when installed into a standard 19" 1U blank panel. Although not necessary, you may find it useful to adapt this design for similar purposes. This mount is a modified version of my existing M28 Panel Blank design.
