I used Google Translate, please understand. I'm sharing the 3D printed output of people who participated in the 3D printing win-win project. https://www.facebook.com/groups/koreamakers/permalink/1633526620119402/ https://www.facebook.com/cybbiggu/posts/2631949953553934 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhdsimkArj4&t=75s << Printing and Assembling Precautions >> 1. The closer the distance between the nozzle and the bed (Z offset value) is, the more the first layer is pressed, like an elephant's foot. Parts with round or spline holes on the bottom are smaller in size and can be affected when assembling. 2. If you assemble two parts, they can be stiff, moderate, or loose. Especially when you finish your first assembly after printing, they are often very stiff. If you try to insert and remove several times, most of them get a little better. But if the two parts are barely inserted or you need too much force when you assemble, there is a problem with the printing quality. 3. When you assemble spline shafts and gears, spline shafts and bosses, or spline shafts and holes, they can be very stiff. You can adjust the size by reducing the XY scale of the spline shaft. 4. You will need set screw M3x3mm and a hexagon wrench 1.5mm to secure the boss to the spline shaft. If you find it difficult to get them, you assemble with a gap of about 0.5mm between the parts. Then carefully add one drop into the boss's M3 hole with a strong adhesive and let it dry. 5. When you use a screwdriver pin, it can become loose after being inserted and removed several times. It's best to avoid disassembling it after the first assembly. If it becomes loose, you can reprint it or use a strong adhesive. The filament material may also affect how tight or loose the screwdriver pin is. You can adjust the size by increasing the XY scale of the screwdriver pin. 6. To secure the boss to the spline shaft, you will need a set screw M3x3mm and a hexagon wrench 1.5mm. If you tighten it too much, the thread on the printed part may become damaged and the hole may become loose. Tighten it until it's snug but not over-tightened. 7. If you can't find a set screw, assemble the parts with a gap of about 0.5mm between them. Then carefully add one drop of blue adhesive into the boss's M3 hole and let it dry. However, disassembling may be difficult. 8. If you damage the printed part while assembling, you can use a strong adhesive to repair it to some extent. 9. Make sure there is a gap (about 0.5mm) in the moving parts for smooth operation. You may need to do some additional post-processing with a file, sandpaper, or deburring tool.
