24mm male to 20mm male converter. Designed to attach the 20mm shower hose to the 24mm tap aerator thread so I could wash my smelly dog with the shower attachment. Threads sized appropriately. No supports needed. Best printed with 4/5 walls to make the threaded sections solid. Print at the best resolution your printer will handle as the threads on the 24mm section are quite small to match the tap aerator threads.
