This modification enables your Makergear M2 printer to accommodate mini rolls of filament, such as a 1lb roll of nylon. Compatible with both the standard M2 spool holder and the Thingiverse design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:74086), this retractable mod features a sturdy tri-lobe design for extra strength. Its aesthetically pleasing appearance is an added bonus. Suitable for rolls with a 17.5mm center hole and widths up to 80mm, simply print the spacer and tube, then install it as shown in the image. Note that parts have been reoriented for proper printing.
