This case will allow you to replace your 8bit Rambo Board with a 32bit Duet 2 and install the board in the same location as the Rambo with no alterations to printer. It was designed to be printed with a .75 nozzle using a .8 extrusion width and .5 layer height in S3D V 4.01. I am sure it will print fine with the standard M2 .35 nozzle at .4 EW. All screw holes should be tapped with the either M3 or M4 tap prior to use. You may be able to just crank in the screws but I tapped everything. I first tried this in ABS as my printer is kept in a heated enclosure but the walls of the cover warped a bit. It was usable but reprinted in PETG for final use. Factory files for S3D were included for a few of the parts, this was for the M2 with a .75N so if you use them make any needed adjustments for you system. The 2 L Brackets are attached to the printer frame with mounting tape as well as the round fan cover on top. 2 fans are used, a 5v pi fan powered from the panel 5v pin and runs at all time. The standard 24v fan from the original case is run from the fan pin and starts with the extruder as it did with the Rambo board. Both fans were orientated to blow in on the board.
