M2 Extruder Motor Mount

The original motor mount was damaged while attempting to remove cold filament. Github's files were outdated, and MakerGear support's files were too recent; thus, I edited them based on my initial designs. I modified the wire tube inner diameter to match the top part and removed the side hole as well. The larger hole spacing for mounting screws in the motor mount corresponds with my older generation linear guide. Print using ABS with a high infill rate, and choose one of the provided tops.
