This is a 40mm bed fan and duct for a Makergear M2 with a v4 head. The usual fan size is 50mm, but I opted for dual Noctua fans to achieve silent operation. Additionally, I replaced the power supply fan with a 60mm Noctua model and fitted Astrosyn dampers on the motors, resulting in an extremely quiet system. If you own a newer version of the M2 printer, remember to use a 24v to 12v converter to power the fan; I used a compact R/C model buck converter. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerGear Printer: M2 Rafts: It doesn't matter. Supports: Yes Resolution: .20mm layers Infill: 30% Notes: Print as designed, using supports if necessary. Make sure auto-supports don't fill the four mount holes.
