m18 battery mount for 1/4" bolts on 1" on center peg board

changed the hole layout to work with 1/4" bolts (i would assume 6mm bolts would work as well) on 1" on center peg board (the peg board on the Milwaukee tool boxes) as with all the battery mounts i find they fit alot better if scaled up a tiny bit, i print them at 103% scale
