M16 mine
thingiverse
This is an M16 mine, a bounding anti-personnel mine based on the German WW2 S-mine. Many of these were used in Vietnam, with or without some sort of tripwire. Sometimes another device was planted underneath this one. When you tried to disarm the M16 mine, the one underneath would go off. Size 1:1 The body is 1 part; the de-fuse is a 2-part assembly that requires gluing together. I made the fuse with a screwable thread. I drilled holes for the pins and used paperclips on my model. The wires are too thin to print nicely. The mine in the picture is not mine, it's actually a practice model. UPDATE: I've uploaded the complete mine with the fuse inserted.
