This is a m14 Toe popper that you can load an adult( torpedo style) party popper into the bottom of. so when stepped on it will provide a loud bang. I modified the original design heavily and changed much of it. It is now a 2 peace design. the safety works. The holes you see in the body and plunger is to allow the pressure to escape, otherwise the body can split after use. I have used this successfully, but I am constantly tinkering and improving it. From time to time, I still get issues with separation of the floor of the body and walls due to the pressure, I hope I resolved it, with this current version.
