I needed a usb powerbank that was powered by a M12 battery and had three 3a rated USB ports so I designed my own and modeled it after the poorly designed one Milwaukee sells for $60+. Not including the cost of the models the build cost for this will be around $13. All connections should be soldered to ensure a long lasting product.
