If you're using the stock Anet A6 hot end, this mount fits perfectly for an M12 inductive sensor. Simply replace your existing acrylic Fan mounting plate with this one to ensure a smooth fit. You'll also need to print the X-axis endstop extension bracket because without it, the mount will collide with Z-axis motor mounts before triggering the X endstop, which can cause issues. PLA is an excellent choice for printing these parts since they don't get hot. I printed mine straight down on the bed and didn't need any supports at all.
