https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4460515 dude made one like this and i hated it because 1. it's a waste of filament 2. waste of space of the pegboard (why make it like this wtf) idk which software he designed it, prob fusion360 but idc i imported and edited it in tinkercad instead, ofc it has some weird uneven spots prolly cuz it wasnt designed in tinkercad or something but it fits fine i used 0.2mm layer height, like 12%? infill, 3 walls 3 top/bottom for pegboards with 3/4 in apart of holes, i just had to drill the holes bigger and force it in XD not much to say tbh
