M12 Lens Extension

I had a problem mounting some lenses on Raspberry Pi derivative cameras, especially the shorter M12 mounts. So, I remixed this as a short extension. Printed using a 0.6 nozzle which worked well with V1.6 but might be better with a 0.4 nozzle or smaller. 0.06 layers, but it might be okay at 0.10 layers. Printing two items at the same time helps cooling, especially when it prints. Clean up the bed edge to ensure the thread has a clear start. Remove any leftover material from cleaning before inserting onto the camera body. It's also a good idea to try fitting a lens and check the thread thoroughly before attaching it to the camera body.
