I'm designing an innovative method to integrate IR filters with small m12 cameras in a highly invasive way. This lens cap accommodates a 6.5mm diameter filter and can be pressed into place seamlessly if printed precisely. SLA and Step parts are crafted with adjustments for my ABS printer's shrinkage rate, so you may need to tweak your settings accordingly. Given the rapid printing time, it's easy to try out multiple setting combinations. The fusion360 file is fully parametric.
