Based off the M1A1-2 Abrams' 120mm main guns' APFSDS. 3 pieces lock onto an M12 threaded rod and will discard when sufficient airflow has been reached. A lacky band on the rear is needed, one in the middle may also be used. Lacky in GIF is unmounted for demonstration purposes. Designed to complement my other thing; the M12 Stabilizer Fins which thread onto the same M12 bolt. The Fins are pitched at 2.5° for rotational stability. Scaling will not work due to the thread. O,D 47mm (little bigger than a Golfball) to accommodate similar barrels. SABOT SEGMENTS MAY BECOME LOOSE DURING PRINT. (Did not cause an issue; I wedged stuff in between segments during the print though...lol)
