I desperately required a battery that could power my Makita 12-volt tool, but all I possessed were M12 batteries, which are designed to work with Milwaukee tools. Undaunted by the incompatibility, I decided to take on the challenge and create a makeshift solution. After some careful consideration, I came up with a plan to adapt my M12 battery to work with my Makita tool.
