M10x1.5 50mm bolt and nut

thingiverse

Printed replacement bolts for a custom blackboard using M10 threads that fit snugly inside. The longest print yet took 14 hours plus to complete. Initially, issues arose due to the printer's filament detector misreading the remaining filament, triggering errors three times within five hours of printing. Disabling the feature resolved the problem, and the rest of the print proceeded smoothly. Printing eight bolts simultaneously led to continuous filament retraction between parts, causing the extruder to deform the filament and sometimes trigger the mechanism unnecessarily. Despite these challenges, a single lengthy print successfully produced all eight replacement bolts.
