M10 x 220 Bolt
thingiverse
Instructions Using the following settings: Thickness is set at 2 millimeters. Drive type chosen is socket drive. Resolution set to 0.5 millimeters per layer. Countersink selected to remove extra material from holes and edges, depth of countersink is 2 millimeters. Height of nut determined to be 6 millimeters above surface. Slot cut at depth of 2 millimeters to prevent the bolt from falling in too far when tightening it up completely. Type of head chosen as hex. Non threaded portion of bolt measured and calculated not necessary since its negligible amount anyway does make difference, only considering threaded section at that point being so significant with length of 220 millimeters; therefore zero non threaded diameter is established which simplifies whole process by allowing faster printing time since unnecessary material isn't built onto itself repeatedly while layer by layer gets layered one atop another!
