These nuts are very common on 1990s Mercedes-Benz, like the W201 or W124, in places where structural strength isn't required but corrosion is a concern - like wheel arch linings etc. The head is M10, to fit an M5 bolt. Slightly simplified for 3D printing. May need supports if your printer can't handle small bridges well.
