M1 Marauder CV Joint

I created this for a buddy and his Mardave Marauder, and he lets me know it works fantastically well. The part might also work on other radio-controlled models... But I'm a designer, rather than an RC enthusiast, perhaps you could clue me in if it does or not... My design splits the original part right down the middle, allowing for easy printing on the bed. Print two, glue them back to back, (whilst turning one at 90 degrees to the other) and you have the original part in any color(s) you prefer. I'm receptive to suggestions as to how to improve the model, or please take a stab yourself and just let me know.
