M Prime One - Fan Mount

This is a redesigned fan / blower mount made specifically for the M Prime One printer with a V5 clone featuring a 25mm (~ 24.8mm) cooler diameter and a volcano heatblock. To achieve decent results, I employed a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.5mm layer height; however, the original fan proved to be too weak and in the wrong location. The mount can be used with either the original probe holder or my design available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1701457 . If the mount is found to be too loose, simply replace the original 40x40 fan with the spacer using M3x20 screws identical to those in the original M Prime One design, ensuring a secure fit for the blower fan mount. The 5015 blower offers superior strength; it's essential to perform a PID autotune in Marlin to prevent "thermal runaway" errors at higher fan speeds. A FreeCAD source file is included with this design. Parts required include: 1 x Printed fan mount, 1 x Printed spacer, 1 x 12V 5015 Blower fan available from Aliexpress, 1 x 12V 4020 Blower fan also obtainable from Aliexpress, and 7 x M3 x 20mm bolts as well as 7 x M3 nuts both accessible from Aliexpress.
