M&P SHIELD Flat-Curve Trigger
thingiverse
I liked the idea of the flat trigger made by Wagner_Developments, but it needed some work and modifications to sit correctly in the frame with the trigger bar oriented properly. If the trigger was printed or finished too thin, the trigger bar wouldn't ride smoothly under the sear. To fix this, I modified the cut-out on the right side to make it closer to the factory original design. Additionally, I curved the front face a bit more for improved ergonomics and added some "zev" style cuts because I didn't like the bulky look of the original. After printing, I always manually drill properly sized pin holes and finish sand flat surfaces with 320 grit sandpaper, and use 800 grit on surfaces in contact with the frame to reduce friction. This model is for proof of concept only, and I'm not responsible for any damage or weapon failure caused by this design.
