M Logo Lighter Plug

I don't use tobacco products, but I do frequently insert my mp3 player into the lighter socket in my Mazda3, so I created this stylish plug as an improvement. This design combines the Flying M logo by nclontz2 (www.thingiverse.com/thing:280788) with a revised lighter base created from measurements taken from this plug (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:551287). Thin slots measuring 100microns in width were deliberately designed, forcing my printer to create lines along the cross-section and fortify the tabs to ensure they don't break. To accommodate your specific printer or desired fit, you may want to shrink the dimensions in XY by one to two percent if necessary. Instructions To print this design, I used Type A Machines Series 1 with Cura software, employing a pause feature and switching filament colors to create the distinctive logo. We own both a blue Mazda3 hatchback and a red Mazda3 sedan - that's how we knew exactly which color scheme to use.
