M-33 V-belt for Mitsubishi DB-130G Sewing Machine

Replacement V-belt for Mitsubishi industrial sewing machine model DB-130 G. We sought to slow down this high-speed industrial machine's speed for home use by replacing its original belt with a shorter one. We designed and printed a smaller pulley for the motor, which necessitated a replacement belt of reduced length. A link to our custom-designed pulley is available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3033538. This 33-inch belt replaces the original 36-1/2 inch long belt. Its metric profile measures 10mm in width and 5.5mm in height, with a 40-degree included angle on its sides. Printed using NinjaFlex on our Lulzbot Taz 5 with Flexistruder head, this replacement V-belt works seamlessly. Although it is slightly short, we would likely create an M34 version if we were to remake one. We successfully adjusted the motor height to accommodate it, but it operates near the minimum range of adjustment. The Inventor 2018 file included in our package allows users to modify its length according to their needs.
