The LynCast LY-01 DLP printer is being sold by 2 large online vendor (Amn, Walt) but there is no source for the FEP Film. After my first sheet of FEP developed a leak, I took measurements of the replacment FEP sheet that shipped with the printer and generated this templateThis template can be made with waterjet cutting of HDPE plastic for around $32USD. Uncut FEP film is available and you can sandwich the FEP between the template and a clean cutting board. Use a 3mm drill bit to make the holes and a razor knife to cut the perimeter.
