LYMAN under cabinet VACUUM SEALER
pinshape
The Lyman under cabinet Vacuum Sealer was designed to replace my old bench top model, getting it out of the way and making it easy to use. It worked so well that I had to build one for my wife too, but she insisted on matching her kitchen oak cabinets. The unit requires approximately 1 kg of filament for its 3D printed components, which costs me around $3.00 since I extrude my own pellets made from ABS plastic. However, I recommend using PLA filament for better warp control. To make one, you'll need an old vacuum sealer, available on eBay or a FoodSaver Mini Model V240. I've uploaded a short video to YouTube demonstrating the Sealer's performance: http://youtu.be/QKdkHOLEmTM. Additionally, I've included Optional Front and Door Panels STL files and a Revised Construction Manual with these new features. Instructions: Download the "Construction Manual," which comprises 24 photos documenting its construction. The zip file contains the necessary STL files. After publishing this, I'll verify that all uploads are complete. Five parts have three STL files each: if the filename indicates "split," it means the part was divided into two (LT left, RT right) for printing on a Makerbot Replicate 3D printer; otherwise, the third file is used for printing on a 12" bed. I've also included optional Front and Door Panels along with an updated Manual featuring these options.
With this file you will be able to print LYMAN under cabinet VACUUM SEALER with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on LYMAN under cabinet VACUUM SEALER.
