Lyman Filament Extruder V6

The V6 Lyman Filament Extruder was designed and built initially for a church group by Pastor Glenn Grimsley. Since Glenn is no longer able to communicate with me due to a bad accident, I've modified the Creative Commons Attribution to Share Alike. This straightforward extruder worked extremely well, prompting me to create three more - one each for black, white, and other colored filaments. Designing the V6 Extruder ------------------------ The V6 Extruder is my simplest design yet. It's remarkably easy to make and very affordable. Furthermore, it consistently produces high-quality ABS filaments. As development progressed, I made several key updates, so I'm providing all 69 STL files I created, although fewer than twenty are actually used. Go through them and select the ones that match your capabilities. A comprehensive Construction Manual is attached, which should give you all the necessary information to create a V6 Extruder on your own. The manual includes a Bill of Materials (BOM) and wiring diagrams for added reference. The Spool Winder isn't included in this release but will be made available soon as a separate item. I have three operational V6 extruders - one each for printing white, black, and various color filaments. Two items I found unnecessary are the fan and variable speed control. My shop setup shows that temperature adjustment and nozzle size control the filament diameter effectively.
