Lyman Control Panel
thingiverse
I created my own control panel because none of the existing ones fit my design needs or matched what I was looking for with my filament extruder. This custom-built panel supports up to 3 slim switches and 1 larger switch, making a total of 4. The holes for the switches are covered, but you can notch as many as needed; they're designed to prevent having numerous holes scattered across your control panel. Below is a list of products that will work with this print: Digital PID Temperature Controller - http://www.ebay.com/itm/111974584206?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT DC Motor Speed Control Switch - http://www.ebay.com/itm/121458021449?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Slim Switches - http://www.lowes.com/pd_543138-37672-393323_0__?productId=50107282&store_code=292&cm_mmc=SCE_PLA-_-RoughPlumbingElectrical-_-WiringDevices-_-50107282:SERVALITE&CAWELAID=&kpid=50107282&CAWELAID=320011480002780430&k_clickID=2ab701aa-f698-44b6-8dbc-cd429aadc450 Large Switch - I used a Servalite LTGC501U, though for some reason I'm unable to find the link on Lowes' website; they do have them. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Solidoodle Printer: Solidoodle 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: Simply print it as is. You can adjust the infill density if you prefer, but this will be a long print. Some light sanding may be necessary depending on your printer settings. Everything should fit perfectly with the listed parts. I might rearrange the switches to the top of the unit in the future, but for now, it's complete.
