Thingiverse
I've struggled with Z axis errors on both my Prusa i3_MK2.5 and Prusa i3_MK3 and found that the assembly guide that shows using a plastic zip tie to set the PINDA height doesn't work very well. The thickness of the zip ties varies significantly and what part of the zip tie you put under the PINDA when setting height matters. So I printed a simple calibration tool. I've found the best setting using the .7mm corner of the tool. It measures .68mm on my caliper.
