This is a high-fidelity replica of Luxury Terrace with furniture crafted by a seasoned architect. LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is perfect for various purposes - real-time applications, games, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture use cases. GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of exceptional quality, with smooth edge flow. Geometry is meticulously tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it simple to add additional details or edit geometry. All similar objects (furniture, equipment, etc.) are instances - easy to change or replace. Scene objects are organized by layers. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images are rendered with 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for the geometry test.
