This professional architect's model of a luxury mansion house features dimensions of 25m x 22m x 15m, built with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE. Suitable for real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture purposes, the model contains 161,220 polygons and 100,832 vertices. The high-quality mesh is tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons with a low-poly structure that allows easy editing of geometry. Instanced objects allow for simple changes or replacements. Shell modifier is applied and disabled for glass objects, while scene objects are organized by layers.
