This is a highly detailed, real-world-size model of a Wellness Hotel Building created by a skilled professional architect. Units used: Centimeters Originally built with 3ds Max 2011 software. BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS: 352,957 polygons make up the building's complex structure. 247,637 vertices give it precise definition. DETAILS: 1,667,578 polygons and 1,355,852 vertices bring intricate details to life. LANDSCAPE FEATURES: 292,643 polygons and 301,323 vertices create a realistic landscape. LEVEL OF DETAIL: This model is versatile, suitable for real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture projects. GEOMETRY QUALITY: The model's mesh is of high quality, with clean edge flow, low-poly design, allowing easy addition of details or geometry editing. GEOMETRY TESTING: Careful testing ensures the model is free from holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. All similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. Shell Modifier applied and disabled for glass objects for precision. Scene objects are organized by layers for efficient navigation.
