I'm Raul Carvalho, an architect who's passionate about bringing innovative ideas to life. My latest project is a luxurious apartment building located on a man-made island with a marina and commercial area that's truly one-of-a-kind. This stunning structure boasts groups of apartments stacked vertically, with double-story open spaces in between - creating a sense of community and spaciousness. Each floor has only two apartments, but they're not just any ordinary homes - they come with wrap-around balconies and private pools, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding waters. And if that's not enough, the top floors are reserved for a duplex with a massive garden, pool, and even a helipad! It's the ultimate luxury living experience.
