This is a 3D low poly model that delivers high definition results. All the files are packed with trees, furniture, buildings, planes, grass, pools and more. The model is fully ready for visualization in Maya. There are two models available: one with detailed poly grass and another without it. Both have display layers. The obj, fbx and c4d models only come without poly grass. Due to the high level of detail in the vegetation, the model has a large number of polys. The model with polygonal grass was created using Maya's particles and instancer tools, which results in an extremely high number of polys. It is recommended that you have a powerful computer to run this model smoothly. Here are the poly counts for both models: Without poly grass: 2,258,423 polys and 3,356,331 vertices With poly grass: 830,094,625 polys and 20,000,0465 vertices Textures are included with a high-quality 4K resolution. The files come in obj, fbx, mb and c4d formats. In c4d, obj and fbx formats, the model is exported with standard materials (textures) only, without mental ray shaders.
