Luxaflex stopper for horziontal blinds (25mm)

This is a stopper/brake for the 25mm horizontal blind made by Luxaflex, circa 2010. I've already had to replace these stoppers in the past due to their intended design lifespan being relatively short-lived. This issue becomes more pronounced when dealing with larger surface area blinds, such as mine which measure approximately 210cm by 210cm. When searching for replacements at a local second-hand dealer, I encountered numerous stoppers that had already developed light cracks. As soon as a crack appears in the stopper, it will no longer hold the blind in place, causing it to slowly slide down until it becomes unusable. Luxaflex suggested that this issue might be related to the robes themselves, but I'm not convinced of this assessment. Replacing these items would require professional repair services, which doesn't seem like a viable solution. The photo accompanying this post shows the original stopper in question.
