I have this old Lutron homeworks system in my office, buttons brake with time and they don't make or sell this keypad replacements anymore. The new ones are not even compatible with my processor, so.. 3D Printing to the rescue. I tried printing them in SLA and in FDM in PETG and both work fine. The resin ones look better though. I printed straight to the bed without lifting or pad, and used some minor support to prevent the islands from printing in the air.
