This design gets straight to the point, a simple solution to keep my Lutron Caseta wireless lighting/dimmer pico remote safe from falling on the floor. It's a holster for my thick headboard, designed specifically to hold this remote. The key feature is a hole in the front that lets me operate the buttons without taking out the remote. I'm completely new to Fusion360, so bear with me if I make mistakes. If you have any suggestions, please keep it kind and helpful. Lutron Caseta PJ-3BRL Print Settings: Printer: Printrbot Simple Metal Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 50% Notes: Flip this part upside down (90 degrees) when printing, as Meshmixer might have it on its side otherwise. Whether or not you need supports depends on how well your printer is calibrated. I use a brim and MEGA bridging with good results. A 45-degree angle along the XY plane can help with supports. Infill percentage is up to you; I printed at 50% as usual. A layer height of 0.25 is sufficient for this square part, but feel free to experiment.
