Lunar Heliostat

This model contains 8 reflecting mirrors to reflect incident solar energy to the heliostat receiver. The mirrors are independent of each other and can be tilted individually and rotated as a setup to track solar light. The collected solar energy is allowed to pass through a fibre optic cable with the help of a collimator and focusing lens which then passes through light-emitting module(Torch) with the help of another collimator and focusing lens. The torch can be rotated through x ,y and z axis, which helps the rover to redirect the solar energy wherever needed.
